My name is Kimberly and I am the Co-Founder of Homeschooling4U. I am a working mom currently working in Urgent Care Medicine. I have Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Exercise Science and a Master’s Degree in Medical Science.
Homeschooling was not on my radar before I had my daughter, but as time went along and I reflected on my traditional schooling experiences, I felt that homeschooling was the best option for our family. Being new to homeschooling, I needed to familiarize myself with the different homeschooling styles and determining which seemed like it would be a good fit for us. In addition to the daunting task of learning about the different homeschooling styles and finding a curriculum and resources that would work best for our family, I initially struggled with how I was going to continue working full time and provide an enriching homeschooling experience for my daughter. After reading numerous books, and exploring the different available curricula, it was apparent to me that schooling does NOT take as much time when done at home as it does while in a traditional schooling setting. I also loved the fact that with homeschooling you have the ability to meet your child where they are, dive into their interests without hesitation, slow down if they need more time on a topic or completely change course if what you’re doing is just not working.
Having not been homeschooled myself and having little information about the different homeschooling philosophies, I felt a bit lost and overwhelmed when I started my journey to learn more. I knew that I wanted to homeschool, but I just did not know where to start.
Diving into this new journey can be overwhelming, but we are here to help! Rest assured, whether you are a full time outside the home working parent, a work from home parent, or a stay at home parent, homeschooling can work for you and your family.

We realize that each child is different, and each family has rhythms and beliefs that are important to them. It was important to us to cater the results to your needs/desires and make your homeschool journey just what you envisioned--without spending hours or days searching through the endless options.
With our individualized plans you will receive information pertaining to the age/ages of your child/children and your personal preferences, including desired homeschooling style, interests and additional needs, as well as original content bundles with information such as fine motor activities, gross motor activities, or sensory activities.
We have taken the time to do the research, so you do not have to! Once you receive your packet, you will be able to quickly read through available options and their thorough descriptions within your requested framework and decide which curricula and/or resources are best for your family.
